Return and Refund Conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories or documents that were delivered with it.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mitasuoiloffice.bd@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product.
Once we confirm that the return meets the above conditions, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Delivery Charges:
Please note that return shipping/delivery charges will be borne by the customer. We will deduct the delivery charge from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds will only cover the product price, excluding any delivery or shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or damaged items cannot be returned. Any special orders or customized items are non-refundable.
